FA503型細紗機FA503型細紗機是我廠生產的主要產品之一，本機可用于棉及棉型化纖的純紡或混紡，調換部分零件后，還可適用65mm以下中長纖維。Model FA503 Ring Spinning Frame is one of our major products,This machine is used for processing cotton and cotton type synthetic fibers,or their biends Medium length synthetic fibers,up to 65mm can be processed on this machine if a few parts are replaced.
主要特征 MAIN FEATURES車頭傳動HEADSTOCK GEARING車頭內的牽伸、捻度、卷繞變換齒輪，均采用統(tǒng)一的模數(shù)、孔徑和寬度，互相間可以通用。調換一只牽伸齒輪，可以改變機臺兩側的總牽伸倍數(shù)。The whole system of draft gearing inside the cover is of strong construction with the assurance of correct transmission.牽伸裝置DRAFT牽伸裝置采用螺旋彈簧加壓的搖架，壓力穩(wěn)定可靠，操作方便。The drafting roller weighting by spring pendulum arm reliable and easy to operate.導紗板和鋼領板為牽吊式升降，運動平穩(wěn)，紗管成形能適應高速絡筒要求。The lifting of lappets and ring rails is actuared by means of tapes.so that smooth movement is ensured.The cop building mechanism design has taken the require-ment of high speed cone winding process into consideration.
導紗板和鋼領板為牽吊式升降，運動平穩(wěn)，紗管成形能適應高速絡筒要求。The lifting of lappets and ring rails is actuared by means of tapes.so that smooth movement is ensured.The cop building mechanism design has taken the require-ment of high speed cone winding process into consideration.自動化程度高HIGH AUTOMATION1.紡紗過程中，任何時候關車，能自動適應停車。Whenever the frame is required to stop during spinning the frame can stop automatically at a proper position.2.如需提前落紗，能使鋼領板自動下降及適應停車。If doffer is required in advance.the ring rails will automatically wind down and stop at a proper position.3.滿管后，鋼領板自動下降及自動適應停車。For full bobbins,the ring rails will down to starting position automatically.4.開車前能使鋼領板自動復位。While starting the machine,the ring rails will reset themselves at starting position automatically.5.落紗前能自動接通落紗電源。Before the doffing,the doffer electric source can be connected cutomatically.6.開車后低速自動切換高速。After start of machine,the speed is changed from low to high automatically.
