產品用途：application
主要用于棉紡織廠的開清棉工序，利用風機產生的氣流作用，講原棉或化纖凝聚在網眼塵籠的表面，出去棉流中的部分短絨和細小雜質，再通過剝棉打手的剝取，使得原棉和化纖輸入下一臺機臺，對原料進行繼續(xù)加工。本機還可以應用于其他各種需要輸送或轉移原料的場合。
It is applicable in opening and cleaning processes in a cotton mill,where by condensing raw cotton or M.M.F.to the surface of the perforated drum with air stream from a fan ,partial short fibres and microdust are thus eliminated.and the raw cotton or M.M.F.stripped with abeater is to be fed into next machine.also suitable where raw material needs converying or transferring.

原棉或化纖在風機的氣流壓力作用下，通過輸棉管道不斷地凝聚在網眼塵籠表面，棉流中的短絨宇塵屑通過塵籠網孔風機管道，排入濾塵系統(tǒng)，凝聚在塵籠表面的原棉或化纖則在剝棉打手的回轉剝取下喂入下一機臺。
Raw cotton or the M.M.F.is cintinuously condensed onto the perforated drum surface via a feed duct in the floware dropped throught meshes into the fan duct and then to the filtering system.And the condensed cotton or M.M.F. will be fed to next machine by means of a stripper beater.
