全自動超精密之紅外線電眼追蹤校正，不受布種限制，修整不會產(chǎn)生皺紋。

　　依照機(jī)械尺寸配置7.5~20HP之日本伺服馬達(dá)與驅(qū)動器，經(jīng)減速機(jī)(1:30 OR 1:40) 帶動400mm研磨滾輪，定位準(zhǔn)確。

　　快速置刀設(shè)計，縮短換版時間，刮刀傾斜75°，刮印滲透力強(qiáng)。最適用於針織布印花。
　　5-2恆壓刮刀印刷座
　　刮刀壓力自由控制，左右兩邊恆保相同壓力，刮刀角度可調(diào)整為75°~90°最適用於絲綢布類及較大接版長度之印花。

　　皮帶自動水洗裝置，本機(jī)構(gòu)由三支輻射式毛刷及不銹鋼槽所構(gòu)成的氣動式水洗裝置所組成，可撤底清除皮帶上的棉層，二支刮水刮刀可以刮淨(jìng)皮帶之之色漿污漬及水分，本裝置可由機(jī)體側(cè)面拉出清潔保養(yǎng)。

　　(1)採用五層鐵氟龍帶送布，使布在進(jìn)行中，不致於產(chǎn)生張力，效果表現(xiàn)在伸縮量大的針織布中，你會發(fā)覺烘乾後的布幅不會縮，布邊不會捲邊。
　　(2)送風(fēng)以八個馬達(dá)平均送風(fēng)，風(fēng)量均勻，溫度彩自動控制，可避免烘乾後布邊產(chǎn)生色差。
　　(3)速度與印花機(jī)同步連線，控制採用日本變頻器，故障少操作方便。
　　(4)熱源之選擇有A.瓦斯B.蒸氣C.熱煤油。
